The Devil’s Curse

Photo by Omid Armin on Unsplash

A touch I did not

want nor asked for but got still,

like the Devil’s curse tore

through my spirit’s robe, left me

sullied, took from me

a part I gave, never

to gain, a void I cover,

I hide but it lives
