This was such a delight to read…I love finding words in other languages that can’t really be translated into English and even though I knew some of the words in your list, I learnt a lot of new ones. My favourite is probably 'ilunga' and I intend to use it often. Thanks!

While I’m on the subject, I’d like to offer another word for this list — the Hindi word 'rimjhim’. Loosely translated, it means a light shower or drizzle but the English words for it simply do not encapsulate its true beauty and exact meaning.
